Policy
Returns & Refunds
Puja items are time-critical. If something is not right, tell us and we will fix it.
If something is wrong with your order
Contact us with your order number and, where it helps, a photo. This applies whether an item arrived damaged, arrived in a condition you would not offer, was missing from the box, or is not what the list specified.
Because fresh items are needed on a fixed date, reach out as soon as you notice. That gives us the chance to replace the item before your puja rather than only refund it afterwards.
Fresh items
Flowers, durva, tulsi, fruit and prasad cannot be returned once delivered. If any of it arrives unfit to offer, we will replace it when there is still time before your puja, or refund that part of the order.
Pantry and non-perishable items
Unopened, unused pantry and brass items can be returned. Get in touch before sending anything back so we can confirm the return and make sure it is credited to your order.
Substituted items
Where a fresh or seasonal item was substituted (see the shipping policy) and the substitution does not work for your ceremony, tell us — that is treated the same as an item being wrong.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly the credit appears on your statement.
